Juan Cruz Gotta experienced professional soccer from the inside. He spent time in the youth divisions of Boca and River and played in 7 countries, navigating different markets, cultures, sports structures, and ways of managing opportunities.
During that journey, he understood a reality that still defines the industry: many transfers do not fail due to a lack of talent, but rather due to a lack of visibility, context, and connection between the right parties.
In 2019, he founded Libro de Pases with a clear idea: to give the transfer market the intelligence, efficiency, and structure it needed.
