These Terms and Conditions apply to the website URL https://ldptech.ai/ (hereinafter, the "Site") applicable to the use of the services offered by LIBRO DE PASES S.A.U. (hereinafter, "LIBRODEPASES") CUIT 30-71605578-3.
1. Terms of Use
Any person who accesses, uses, browses, subscribes and/or registers on the Site (hereinafter, "User") is obliged to comply with and respect these Terms and Conditions.
By accessing, using, browsing, subscribing and/or registering on the Site, you accept the use of the services provided by LIBRODEPASES and commit to respecting and complying with these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and/or any information about the Site, will be deemed applicable from the first moment any User accesses the Site.
These Terms and Conditions are mandatory and binding and apply to all activities carried out on the Site.
If you do not agree in whole or in part to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, do not access, use, browse, subscribe and/or register on the Site.
By accessing, using, browsing, subscribing and/or registering on the Site, it will be understood that the User has accepted these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy without reservation.

2. Capacity
The services offered by the Site are only available to those individuals who have sufficient legal capacity and are over 18 years of age or do so through their parents or guardians. In the event that the User is a legal entity, the person administering their profile must have sufficient authority to represent such entity and bind it.
Those who do not meet this condition must refrain from registering on the Site and supplying any information to be included in the databases of LIBRODEPASES.
Parents, guardians, or representatives of minors, legally incapacitated individuals, and representatives who use the Site will be responsible for such use, including any damage derived from it.
3. Operation of the Service
This Site is a social network specially dedicated to soccer that connects male/female players, agents, and institutions from all over the world with the aim of boosting growth and development in an easy, fast, and free way, leveling the playing field and bringing opportunities closer globally.
Accessing, using, browsing, subscribing, and/or registering on the Site is completely free. LIBRODEPASES does not charge any type of commission, nor does it participate in the advertisements or contracts that could be made through the Site or those that might derive from them.
Users registered as "agents" and "institutions" may post searches and advertisements for male and/or female players and include descriptive texts, graphics, photographs, videos, and any other content free of charge. Said advertisement must be accurately described regarding its conditions and relevant characteristics, and it is understood and presumed that, through the posting, the User accepts that they have the intention and are authorized to do so by its owner.
For their part, "male/female player" Users may apply to all the posts and advertisements they deem appropriate. The Site will notify only the advertiser without sharing it with any other User to maintain their privacy.
Users can contact each other and communicate through the "messages" section of the Site.
The professional info that Users share or publish may be visible to other Users of the Site. When there is a possibility to establish settings, LIBRODEPASES will respect the options chosen by the User regarding who can view the content or information provided.
With the goal of promoting education, the Site features an educational section where the User can access a variety of educational offers from different levels to boost their future.
4. Profile and Registration
Upon registering on the Site, Users can choose to create a profile as a "player" (male/female), "agent", "institution", and/or any other profile that LIBRODEPASES may subsequently add. The User must select a username and an access password, which are strictly confidential, personal, and non-transferable.
Likewise, depending on the type of profile the User registers under, personal and professional information will be requested, which may include descriptive texts, graphics, photographs, images, videos, advertisements, and/or any other type of content related to the purpose of the Site.
The User guarantees that all data entered in the registration forms of the Site are true, accurate, and complete.
The User agrees not to disclose the data relating to their account or make it accessible to third parties. The User will be solely responsible for the use of such data by third parties, including statements made on the Site, or any other action carried out using the username and/or password.
The User gives express consent for other Users of the Site to access their profile, view the professional information provided, and allow themselves to be contacted, with the User assuming the obligation to review their profile and keep it updated. LIBRODEPASES is not responsible for the truthfulness of the data entered by its Users. Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of their Personal Data.
Once registration is completed, any User can access their own profile and complete, edit, and/or unsubscribe from it as they deem appropriate.
LIBRODEPASES may require any additional info to verify the identity and personal data of the User, and may temporarily or permanently suspend those Users whose data could not be confirmed, who have entered false information, or who have violated any clause stipulated in these Terms and Conditions or the Privacy Policies. In these cases of disqualification, the User's profile will be deactivated.
5. License on Images, Photographs, Videos, Trademarks, and Information of Users
Users grant LIBRODEPASES a free, irrevocable, non-exclusive, international, and medically unlimited authorization to use, publish, reproduce, and/or adapt the provided content of their professional information to be used on the Site.
Likewise, Users authorize LIBRODEPASES to use, publish, reproduce, and/or adapt the images, photographs, videos, trademarks (including logos, designs, drawings, and images and any other distinctive sign that identifies the User), and any other professional information for purposes of advertising, marketing, communication, press, and any other related to the purpose of the Site, including, but not limited to, social media and/or any mass and non-mass communication media, digital platforms, and any other physical medium that LIBRODEPASES deems appropriate, and/or platforms or Sites with which LIBRODEPASES has made alliances and/or advertising and marketing actions for the Site, and/or associations with brands and/or any other use related to the Site that LIBRODEPASES deems appropriate.
Users declare and guarantee that they own the rights to the images, photographs, videos, trademarks (including logos, designs, drawings, and images and any other distinctive sign that identifies the User) and information published on the Site and that they have the rights and powers necessary to grant the authorization previously detailed in these Terms and Conditions, being responsible for any infringement on third-party rights or for inconsistencies or inaccuracies in the content provided to the Site.
LIBRODEPASES may remove images, photographs, videos, and any other type of content if it interprets, at its sole discretion, that it does not comply with the clauses established in these Terms and Conditions.
6. Obligations of the User
Users are completely responsible for the access and correct use of their profile and the content included on the Site subject to current legislation, whether national or international of the country from which they make use of the Site, as well as the principles of good faith, morality, good customs, and public order. And specifically, they commit to diligently observe these Terms and Conditions.
Users shall refrain from using their profile and the rest of the Site's content for unlawful purposes or effects that are harmful to the rights and interests of third parties, or that in any way may damage, disable, affect, or impair the Site, its contents, and its services.
In general, Users agree, including but not limited to, to:
- Not infringe industrial and intellectual property rights or regulations governing the protection of personal data;
- Not use or reproduce the information, images, photographs, videos, or any other content of other Users without their express consent;
- Not create a false account, falsify the identity of other people, or use or attempt to use the account of other Users;
- Not alter or modify, wholly or partially, the Site, circumventing, deactivating, or manipulating in any way its functions or services;
- Not develop, support, or use software, devices, scripts, robots, or any other means or processes (including crawlers, browser plugins and add-ons, or any other technology) to plagiarize the Services or otherwise copy profiles or other data from the Services;
- Not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, decipher, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source;
- Not introduce computer viruses, corrupted files, or any other computer programs that may cause damage or alterations to the contents or systems of LIBRODEPASES;
- Not post content on the Site nor connect with other Users to commercialize, sell, distribute, or promote any type of weapons, narcotics, perform get-rich-quick scams, pyramid schemes, or fraudulent or criminal offers;
- Not insult, assault, threaten, annoy and/or harass other Users;
- Not publish inappropriate information, content, photographs, images, and videos which can be considered pornographic, irreverent, sexist, homophobic, defamatory, deceptive, vulgar, obscene, or offensive content, ethnic, racist, or religious slurs or derogatory epithets, appeals to violence, hate, or illegal activity, depictions of child abuse, child pornography, or sexually suggestive poses, advertisements, surveys, and contests, and any other material that LIBRODEPASES considers inappropriate and/or could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws;
All Users may report to LIBRODEPASES any abuse or violation of these Terms and Conditions. LIBRODEPASES will verify this report as quickly as possible and adopt the measures it deems appropriate, reserving the right to suspend any User from the Platform for non-compliance with the Terms and Conditions or Privacy Policies.
The User is responsible for having the equipment and services necessary to browse the Internet and access the Site. In the event of any incident or difficulty in accessing the Site, the User may report it to LIBRODEPASES, which will analyze the incident and provide directions to the User on how to resolve it as quickly as possible.
7. Liability of LIBRODEPASES
LIBRODEPASES cannot guarantee the identity of the Users, nor the truthfulness, validity, completeness, and/or authenticity of the data they provide, therefore, it will not be responsible for the use of a User's identity.
LIBRODEPASES does not control and is not responsible for the contents posted by Users through the Site, who are solely responsible for the legal compliance of such contents; consequently, it does not guarantee that Users use the Site in accordance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, nor that they make diligent and/or prudent use of it.
LIBRODEPASES offers a tool so that Users can communicate with each other and have access to certain services, tools, or information. LIBRODEPASES cannot and does not commit to analyzing, reviewing, editing, censoring, filtering, or controlling the content of each User or their behavior, unless it has been reported by a user.
LIBRODEPASES will not be liable in case of service interruptions, connection errors, unavailability, or deficiencies in the Internet access service, or for Internet network interruptions or for any other reason beyond its control.
LIBRODEPASES is not responsible for security errors that may occur, nor for damages that may be caused to the User's computer system (Hardware and Software), files, or documents stored therein, as a consequence of:
The presence of a virus in the computer system or mobile terminal of the User used to connect to the services and contents of the Site;
A browser malfunction;
The use of outdated versions of the browser.
8. Liability for Content
LIBRODEPASES is excluded from any liability for damages of any nature that may be due to the illegal use of the Site by Users, or that may correspond to the lack of truthfulness, validity, completeness, and/or authenticity of the information that Users provide to other Users about themselves and, in particular, though not exclusively, for damages of any nature that may be due to the impersonation of a third party's identity by a User.
LIBRODEPASES is excluded from any relationship that may arise between Users, as well as from any type of negotiation, agreement, contract, and even loss of opportunities that may occur, being released from any type of liability.
LIBRODEPASES will not be responsible for incidents, conflicts, and/or inconveniences that may arise between Users or relate to each other.
LIBRODEPASES does not act as an intermediary between Users but provides a tool to connect them.
9. Update and Modification of the Site
LIBRODEPASES reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Likewise, LIBRODEPASES reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, updates, modifications, and/or the removal of information contained on its Site in the configuration and presentation thereof and of the access conditions, without assuming any responsibility for it.
10. Intellectual Property
LIBRODEPASES is the owner or licensee of all intellectual and industrial property rights included on the Site, including but not limited to, its website, screens content, programs, databases, networks, codes, development, software, architecture, hardware, contents, information, technology, integration phases, functionalities, domains, files that allow Users to access and create their accounts, and declares that they are protected by current national and international laws.
Authorization for Users to access the Site does not imply a waiver, transfer, license, or total or partial assignment of intellectual or industrial property rights by LIBRODEPASES. It is not permitted to remove, circumvent, or manipulate in any way the contents on the Site. 11. Severability of Clauses
If any of the clauses of the Terms and Conditions were null and void or voidable, it will be considered as not included. Such declaration of nullity will not invalidate the rest of the Terms and Conditions, which will maintain their force and effectiveness among the Users.
12. Applicable Law
The relationship between LIBRODEPASES and the Users will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the current laws of the Argentine Republic.
Users submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary National Courts based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction or venue that might correspond to them, for any issues that may arise or actions brought deriving from the use of the Site and its services and contents, and on the interpretation, validity, application, compliance, or non-compliance with what is established herein.
