These Privacy Policies apply to the website URL https://ldptech.ai/ (hereinafter, the "Site") applicable to the use of the services offered by LIBRO DE PASES S.A.U. (hereinafter, "LIBRODEPASES") CUIT 30-71605578-3.

1. Services

These Privacy Policies form part of the Terms and Conditions of LIBRODEPASES.

Any person who accesses, uses, browses, subscribes and/or registers on the Site (hereinafter, "User"), is obliged to comply with and respect these Privacy Policies.

By entering, using, browsing, subscribing and/or registering on the Site, Users authorize the collection, use, and disclosure of their information in the manner described in these Policies.

Registered Users commit to providing complete, true, and accurate information and share their professional identity, interact with their network of contacts, exchange messages and information, and find professional and business opportunities.

The information that LIBRODEPASES obtains will be automatically stored regarding the activity of the Users of the Site.

If any User does not authorize the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information in the manner described in these Policies, we ask them to refrain from using the Site.

2. Methods of obtaining information

User information may be obtained through the following methods:

(i) Information through the User's Web browser: This is information sent by the User's web browser, and includes the IP address, the name of the operating system, and the version of the browser used by the User.

The information received will depend on the configuration of the Users' browsers.

Such information is used strictly to create statistics to improve the Site and monitor traffic and usage patterns.

The information collected will not be shared with anyone other than the LIBRODEPASES team.

(ii) Information obtained through "cookies": The Site may obtain information about Users of the Site by installing "cookies".

Cookies are used to learn about the interests and behavior of those who visit or are members of the Site and, in this way, generate a better service or provide related information. LIBRODEPASES does not control, store, or have access to messages and content sent by Users through means other than the Site, and therefore assumes no responsibility for any damages that their use may cause. Negotiations carried out by users through such means remain under the sole responsibility of those Users.

Likewise, LIBRODEPASES does not control the messages sent through the Site and therefore assumes no responsibility for any damages that may be generated.

LIBRODEPASES is not responsible for the use that any User or other person may make of the information published on the Site. Users accept that LIBRODEPASES will not be liable for losses or damages that may result from negotiations between Users. Consequently, Users release LIBRODEPASES from all liability in the event they have a conflict with one or more Users.

4. Links to other Sites

LIBRODEPASES may include links to other third-party websites, which does not imply that they are owned or operated by LIBRODEPASES. The processing of information on third-party Sites is not covered by these Privacy Policies, nor by their Terms and Conditions; therefore, LIBRODEPASES has no control over such sites nor will it be responsible for the content or services provided by them.

5. Security of Personal Information

Users guarantee and respond, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, validity, and authenticity of the personal data entered. Users agree to update their information periodically as it changes. LIBRODEPASES is not responsible for the use of third-party data without their authorization, this being the exclusive responsibility of the User who entered it.

In accordance with the provisions of Personal Data Protection Law 25,326, the data, information, and content entered voluntarily by Users will form part of an automated database of LIBRODEPASES. The requested data are strictly necessary for Users to use the Site properly.

All data collected through the Site will be saved and used exclusively to provide the service offered by LIBRODEPASES. 

LIBRODEPASES guarantees that the data, information, and content will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the provisions of current regulations on data protection.

6. Security. Storage of Personal Information

LIBRODEPASES uses security measures to protect personal information from unauthorized access and complies with regulations and industry standards regarding security measures applicable to Users' Personal Information.

LIBRODEPASES is not responsible for illegal interceptions or violations of its systems or databases, or for their use by unauthorized persons. LIBRODEPASES is also not responsible for the improper use of information obtained by those means.

7. Rights of Access, Rectification, and Deletion of Personal Data

Users have the right to exercise free of charge the right to access, rectify, update, substitute, delete, cancel, or oppose the personal data they own and which have been provided to the Site. It is clarified that these rights can only be exercised on information that can be considered personal data in the terms of Law No. 25,326. To exercise any of these rights, the User must send an email to info@librodepases.com.

The registration and use of the site will imply the granting by the user of the consent provided in Articles 5 and 11 of Law 25,326.

8. System or Database Violations

No action or use of device, software, or other means tending to interfere with both the activities and the operations of the Site is allowed. Any intrusion, attempt, or activity that violates or is contrary to intellectual property laws (law 11,723) and/or the prohibitions stipulated in the computer crime law (law 26,338) and/or these Policies will make the responsible party liable to pertinent civil and criminal actions, to the sanctions provided herein, as well as making them responsible for compensating for damages caused.

9. Update and Modification of the Site

LIBRODEPASES reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, these Privacy Policies and Terms and Conditions.  

Likewise, LIBRODEPASES reserves the right to carry out, at any time and without prior notice, updates, modifications, and/or the deletion of information contained on its Site, in its configuration and presentation, and in the conditions of access, without assuming any responsibility for it. 

10. Severability of Clauses

If any of the clauses of the Privacy Policies were void by right or voidable, it will be considered as not included. Such declaration of nullity will not invalidate the rest of the Privacy Policies, which will remain in force and effective among Users.

11. Applicable Law

The relationship between LIBRODEPASES and the Users will be governed and interpreted in accordance with the current laws of the Argentine Republic.

Users submit to the jurisdiction of the Ordinary National Courts based in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, expressly waiving any other forum or jurisdiction that might correspond to them, for any questions that might arise or actions that might be exercised derived from the use of the Site and its services and contents and on the interpretation, validity, application, fulfillment, or non-fulfillment of what is established here.
